every output of the LM3916 goes to one blue and one white led at the same time, but the other leg of all ten white leds is wired to the switch, same for blue.. so, when the switch is in position 1, minus connection for ten white leds is connected (blues are off), and in position 2 whites common minus is disconnected and blue is connected…
another switch is on-off, and third switch is for the third row of white leds, which light at the same time, like a lamp…

The first four ok , but the other leds are lightly ?

The meaning is that , at tender music volume the leds are also works.
I must play now loud music to see lighten leds

you can lower the resistor on the mic to 5KOhm, two 20K resistors can be lowered, but be carefull!!! maybe lower capacitor instead of 10uF….
after all, you can raise the power supply voltage on the LM386, so the higher voltage goes to 3916, or lower the supply on 3916, so its more sensitive for voltage from 386…
these are suggestions, they might not work, be carefull, dont blame me if something goes puff

or maybe u just can make a box of desired thickness and fill it with water then seal it (using flourescent dye and balck light leds comes to my mind)

one domestic company made it specially for a private customer, and the piece i bought was a remain (?) that was left from that, so i bought it per kilo… if i wanted a new piece that thick, i had to order a board 2×3 meters – 500 euro ! ! ! ….but these two kilos were two euros! …not much of a help?!!
